Duties and Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing: Develop and produce compelling content for all digital platforms including graphics, videos, reels, and photos. Must be confident in both shooting and editing content.
Design & Multimedia: Create digital marketing assets such as email newsletters, website banners, social media posts, online ads, presentations, and printed materials. Handle asset retouching, resizing, and manipulation as needed.
Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, etc.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms and ensure design and messaging align with company values.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design, marketing, and social media trends. Proactively suggest creative and innovative content ideas.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams, but also take initiative and work independently when needed.
Marketing Strategy Support: Assist in identifying trends, evaluating analytics, and proposing new marketing tactics and tools to boost engagement and visibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong skills in photography and videography, including post-editing
Great eye for typography, visual design, and digital trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
A proactive, creative thinker who can work independently and contribute as part of a team
Preferred Skills and Add-Ons
Valid driver's license (occasional on-site shoots and visits)
Knowledge in drone piloting
Knowledge in Facebook and Google Ads, as well as SEO
Knowledge in IT and basic computer troubleshooting
Knowledge in finding, downloading, and installing softwares
