
Duties and Responsibilities
Understand PHILERGY’s target market
Contact and consult PHILERGY’s potential clients effectively and in a timely manner
Follow the internally-defined sales processes and standards to ensure excellent customer journey
Analyze clients' needs and requirements to customize optimal solar solutions
Build and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction and relationships through effective and concise communication (verbal and written)
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s industry and target customers
Represent the brand and its values respectfully at all times
Ensure prompt and accurate answers to customers’ queries
Create customized solar proposals and present the company professionally to potential clients
Conduct technical on-site visits to better understand building requirements and how these would affect the final proposed solar system
Acquire clients and close contracts to be able to hit sales targets
Work on CRM database and make sure that data is accurate at all times
Provide after-sales support to retain customer satisfaction and acquire referrals
Perform such other tasks as may be assigned to the employee from time to time
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or any related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
Proficient in Google Drive programs (Google Sheets and Google Docs)
Valid driver’s license
At least 2 years of experience in Sales
